Deleted cron job accidentally, how to show instructions again?

Please help me on these 2 issues

1. After I set cronjob, it's works but after I mistaken deleted the cronjob, I can not see instruction about this before sending out email
2. After I restart the VPS, all campaign stop sending emails even the new campaign.
