Autoresponder cron job - web host does not allow cron jobs every minute

Hello,

Is there any solution for activating Autoresponder cron job on servers where cron frequency is restricted?

For example on my shared hosting I can setup cron job once every 15 minutes, i.e. */15 . If I make */1, then the server resets it to */15

Maybe there is a solution to work Autoresponders with 15 minute cron jobs?
