Spam automatic email & Bounce hard and soft

Hi, im a sendy user now, everything working well, however i have 2 questions:

1. when someone mark as spam, is there a way to send and email saying "please dont marks as spam" or something like this?
2. i have my bunced stauts list, however, i dont know if they are hard or soft, how to find out?

im still in version 1.1.4
