Hi, we've got Sendy installed on our server but we're having problems logging in, I filled out the login screen but when I login it keeps telling me that I have an 'incorrect password or user does not exist so, I'm sure that everything is set up correctly so the only thing I can think of is that I've messed up the UN/PW side of things when I put them in, although I was quite conscientious when doing it and recording what i'd put in.
When I request a Forgotten Password reminder nothing comes through, so i'm not sure if this is just not set up right or I'm missing something else, such as I've managed to put in the wrong email address...
So, is there a way of resetting the login, or getting access so that I can sort this out, or do I need to delete the lot and start again?
